Temperature control was straightforward, allowing for easy adjustments. the shower design was awkward; standing in the cold to adjust water was uncomfortable. Noise levels were low, ensuring a peaceful stay. The cleanliness could be improved, as the pull-out sofa was less than ideal and hair was present in the bathroom. I appreciated the nearby access to the airport and the included breakfast, which was quite good. some aspects were well done, while others need attention.

On the bright side, the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated the complimentary bottled water at check, in. The dinner server was pleasant, although it was evident they were understaffed and overworked. One major letdown was the lack of soap in the bathroom sink. I found it odd that the hotel didn't provide such a basic amenity. The miscommunication regarding the shuttle service also caused some inconvenience, as I had conflicting information about its operation hours. I had a great time staying at Embassy Suites. the bed was firm and comfortable, the AC worked well, and the bathroom was excellent. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay, from check-in to breakfast.
